Refund Policy

All Nexus Algorithmics software products are delivered as digital files. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital software products once the download link has been issued.
1. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our products — including the Nexus Position Tool — are delivered as digital software files (including DLL components). Once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted, it cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can. The digital nature of the product means:
- The software is made available to you immediately upon payment
- You receive a lifetime licence to the product
- The files can be copied and retained by the buyer regardless of any subsequent action
- There is no means by which we can verify or enforce the deletion of downloaded software
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 13), a consumer who has expressly consented to the supply of digital content before the cancellation period has expired, and acknowledged that they thereby lose their right to cancel, cannot subsequently exercise the right to cancel. By completing your purchase you provide this express consent and acknowledgement.
2. What "No Refunds" Means in Practice
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
- You change your mind after purchasing
- You purchased the product accidentally (please contact us before completing any purchase if you are unsure)
- You decide the product does not meet your expectations after download, provided the software functions as described
- You are unable to make the software work due to incompatibility with unsupported platforms (always check platform compatibility before purchasing)
- Your trading results using the software do not meet your expectations (the software is a tool — trading results are the sole responsibility of the trader)
Please ensure you have read the full product description and confirmed that your platform is ATAS-compatible before purchasing. If you are unsure whether the product is right for you, contact us before buying.
3. Technical Support Instead of Refunds
We are committed to ensuring every customer can use their software effectively. If you experience any technical difficulty with the software, we ask that you contact us before assuming the product does not work.
We will help you with:
- Installation and setup guidance
- Troubleshooting compatibility issues with the ATAS platform
- Re-sending your download files if you lose access to them (within 30 days of purchase)
- Explaining features and intended behaviour of the software
What constitutes a defective product:
If after working with our support team the software is found to be fundamentally defective — meaning it fails to perform its core advertised functions and we are unable to resolve the issue — we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. In such cases, the maximum remedy will be replacement of the software or, in exceptional circumstances, a store credit.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team will be contested and may result in permanent suspension of access to our products and services.
4. Please Read Before Purchasing
To help you make an informed decision before purchasing:
- The Nexus Position Tool is a plugin for the ATAS Order Flow Trading platform only
- ATAS must be installed and active on your machine for the software to function
- The product is a DLL file and associated components — it is not a standalone application
- A valid ATAS subscription is required (sold separately by ATAS)
- The software provides position sizing and trade management tools — it does not provide trading signals, advice, or automated execution

5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. In particular, nothing here excludes our liability for:
- Products that are not of satisfactory quality as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Products that are not fit for purpose
- Products that do not match their description
If you believe you have a statutory claim, please contact us in the first instance and we will seek to resolve the matter fairly.
